First and foremost Chris Gees is a Philanthropist, a veteran hair and makeup artist, on air personality and accomplished vocalist from Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from the illustrious Florida A&M University where he studied music and theatre earning a Bachelor of Science degree. During his senior year at the University he also attended Lively Technical College, obtaining a professional license in Cosmetology. After his schooling he honed his skills as a hairstylist and make-up artist and re-located to Los Angeles. Now blazing a remarkable path as a “Celebrity Stylist,” he has worked with such talent as Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Wendy Raquel Robinson, Tori Spelling, T Boz, Lisa Rena, Kit Hoover, Omarosa, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Vanessa Williams, The Braxton Sisters, StevieWonder, David Tutera, NeNe Leakes, and the list goes on.

His most recent accomplishments, Head of Department for Merry Liddle Christmas, staring Kelly Rowland in addition to being on Tommy Hilfiger & Zendaya’s team for Paris Fashion Week Runway Show (the show was the first of its kind with an all-black cast of models & GLAM Department Heads). He recently worked on Disney’s A Winkle in Time directed by Ava Duvernay and Beyonce’s Homecoming and Lemonade as Key Hairstylist.

While making others look great he also touches the hearts of many through his beautiful singing. He has blended his vocal talents to share the stage with the likes of Doug E. Fresh, T Boz, TANK, Tamela Mann, Kim Burrell, Shanice and Faith Evans, just to name a few. He has also opened for John P. Kee, Kirk Franklin, Kim Burrell and Yolanda Adams.

Additionally, among all that He has going on socially and professionally, you can often find Chris being a team player in the GLAM Department of NBC Universal for such shows as E! News, Access Hollywood, Daily Pop, and Steve (The Steve Harvey Show). Weekly, Chris Gees joins his fellow co-host on DASH Radio. Chris is the creator, executive producer and co-host of The BAR Radio Show- an Inspirational and uplifting talk/music show that covers everything from politics to current events and pop culture. The BAR Radio Show can be found on The Bridge station on DASH Radio every Sunday and Thursday.

Recently Chris launched his own hair care system, a formula he’s working on for over a year. On October 2, 2019 at his Universities Homecoming CannaCare by Chris Gees was released to the word; a full spectrum CBD infused Shampoo, conditioner and scalp oil. This is just the beginning for Chris Gees, Inc., the company under which all his endeavors are housed.
